But here is the thing that accompanies me in my personal practice: #procrastination
Which is not damned sexy at all!
Just like I've struggled in the past with workouts (for many years I consumed litterally tons of nerves just to get myself in the mindset of moving my body several times a week), now I struggle with my yoni egg practice.
Procrastination is so freakin' easy. I am amazing at coming up with distractions, reasons to simply not do it (my best one: "I still have time!") and then feelin' like shit for not seing the progress I dream of.
Is this going to change? For sure! I've had this breakthrough with working out. It has become a pleasure and second nature eventually.
But here is the thing that keeps me #persevere:
I dream of a fit and healthy body, inside & out; I yearn to be able to do more cool or fun stuff with my body than in any present moment; I wish to be a pleasure for myself and those close to me.
With that foundation, I believe anyone can eventually achieve what they want.
