𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 ?
Stretching is to make your body or your arms and legs straight so that they are as long as possible, in order to exercise the joints (= place where two bones are connected) after you have been in the same place or position for a long time. (Cambridge Dictionary,2019)
While stretching is more effective when your body is feeling hot (after a workout, hot shower, sauna, etc.), stretching after we get out of bed is really profound to feel good. Because we have been laying down for hours after a good night sleep, our muscles and joints will ask us to relax them and to release tension.
